Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Coding Todos, available at todo-agents.com and app.todo-agents.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Coding Todos is a project-based todo app built for coding agents. You capture tasks by voice or text, AI optionally cleans them up, and your coding agent reads and completes them through a per-project REST API. Each account includes up to 100 projects and its own isolated database.

Subscription and billing

• The service costs $5 (USD) per month, after a 1-month free trial.
• No credit card is required to start the trial.
• You can cancel anytime through the billing portal in the app. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your account and content

You're responsible for keeping your account and API keys secure. Your projects and todos remain yours — we claim no ownership over your content, and we only process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service;
• send abusive volumes of automated traffic beyond normal agent usage;
• resell access to the service without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI transcription and refinement can make mistakes — review tasks before your agent acts on them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including actions taken by coding agents based on tasks in your queue.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service and these terms over time. For material changes we'll update this page and the date above; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
