Coding Todos ("we", "us") is a todo app for coding agents, available at todo-agents.com and app.todo-agents.com. This policy describes what data we collect and how we handle it. We collect the minimum we need to run the service, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and name, provided when you sign in through our authentication provider, WorkOS.
• Your content — the projects, todos, attachments, and agent replies you create in the app.

Where your data lives

Each account gets its own isolated database, hosted on Turso. Your projects and todos are stored separately from every other customer's — never mixed in a shared database.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We keep only a reference to your Stripe customer and subscription so we know your account is active.

AI features

Two features send data to third-party AI providers, and only when you use them:

• Voice capture — your voice recording is sent to Google Gemini for transcription.
• Task refinement — the task text is sent to DeepSeek to fix spelling, grammar, and transcription slips.

We do not use your inputs to train AI models. If you never use voice capture or refinement, nothing is sent to these providers.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics trackers.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent: your isolated database, including all projects and todos, is removed. If you run into trouble, email us and we'll delete it for you.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
